We are a Chef's Table restaurant located on the rooftop of Eden House, a luxury residential tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. We’re an 8-seater restaurant that serves only 2 dinners per evening. Being on a rooftop, our restaurant overlooks the entire city, from the beaches of Jumeirah to the city’s beautiful skyline.
Our restaurant serves constantly changing multi-course menus that draw inspiration from Middle-Eastern & Japanese ingredients, techniques & food cultures.
Our experience is served in a chef’s table format, where you would be seated on a counter just inches away from the open kitchen where the chefs will prepare & guide you through each of your courses. All the while being surrounded by the theatrical backdrop of Dubai’s cityscape.
The exclusive 8-seat counter offers an intimate and convivial dining experience with an open kitchen overlooking the chef’s work.
The space is finished in turquoise mosaic mural tile and features a marble counter table. With its vivid tones, ambient lighting and hand crafted ceramics and tableware, the restaurant celebrates passion for ingredient-driven cuisine, beautiful craft and thoughtful conversation.
At just 26, Solemann Haddad is one of Dubai’s youngest chefs. His approach to cooking attempts to capture the flavors & experiences of the region while utilizing his knowledge of French, Japanese & Middle Eastern techniques.
Solemann's philosophy is simple: keep things homegrown by working as much as possible with the country’s local growers, mills & suppliers, & fill in the gaps with the best ingredients from around the world – such as using fresh seafood from Toyosu Market in Tokyo or working with truffles from France and Italy.
