Welcome to Moonrise

Nestled on the rooftop of Eden House in Satwa, we’re a 15-seater chef’s table restaurant. Led by Chef Solemann Haddad, we serve an ever-evolving degustation menu that shines the spotlight on the diversity of ingredients & culinary heritage that the Middle East has to offer.

Our story is deeply rooted in the region, but it’s told through a global lens, working with artisans from all around the world, serving their craft and produce in their optimal state to amplify, refine, and reimagine the flavors that define our home.
